Service Description
Color sealing is the process of deep cleaning all of the tile and grout, and then carefully painting on a sealant to each grout line. This sealant is colored, so it will make all of the grout look uniform again, and can be matched to the tile, or any other color you like. This service can only be done on sanded grout, that is in good condition. If the grout is cracking, has gaps, or is beyond repair; it may need to be patched, or regrouted first, if possible. The sealant also adds a protective layer to the grout, making it easier to clean, and much more stain resistant. This is usually done on floors, countertops, and some showers.
How To Get An Estimate
Prices depend on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to; Size of the tile, grout, and caulking lines, as well as the age and condition of each. The type of tile, or grout you have, can also have an impact on the price. To get an accurate assessment of your project, please send me pictures of all the areas you need worked on. It is best if I can see 100% of the tile with some far away shots, as well as a few close ups of the grout, to determine its condition. From there, I can offer you a few options, and can suggest the best course of action for you. If it is a large floor or other area, feel free to take a video to substitute the far away shots, and add in a few close up pictures separate from the video.
